The question comes in several forms but it is the same question. "Is it still possible to order from a show in 19--?" or "How long do you keep your negatives/digital images?" The answer is that ALL are still available. Not only do we still have them, we can still find them. We have a catalog system and a storage facility that makes this possible so you may order a photograph of you riding a pony in 1984 and a photograph of your daughter riding a pony in 2004. And that's not all. You are also able to order famous horses and famous riders of the past.

We have an initial research fee of $200 to reconstruct a proof set from a past event. This fee is then applied as credit toward any prints that you wish to purchase. For us to reconstruct a proof set, you must provide the event name, year, and names of the horse and/or rider.

It's NEVER too late! Our images are carefully archived; you may order from ANY year.

You need to ask if you are going to use a photograph of ours in a book, magazine, brochure, etc. because our work is copyrighted. It is against the law to reproduce any copyrighted material without permission of the author. You NEED a black & white print if you are going to reproduce in B&W, in order for the entire tonal range to separate properly. LET US KNOW how it will be used, so we can fill out the permission form. You may wish to order a B&W to keep on file for year-end awards: we always FAX the contract to the publication!
